DATA DELETION

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data Wunderglobe stores about you. Mail john@mcgrinsey.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email of the account, or the name you sign in with.

We process the request within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What we store

• Account: email, name, password hash, plan, Stripe ids
• Session cookie so you stay signed in
• Signed-in usage events
• Voice conversation text, if you used voice

Raw microphone audio is not stored with us. Payment details live at Stripe. Map tiles live at the map vendors.

What happens after deletion

• The account and login are removed
• Conversation text and usage events for that user are removed
• You are signed out

Deletion here does not delete what Stripe or the AI vendor already processed. Ask them for their own deletion path.
