01 · The cart
A 5-inch is 260 euros. A DroneHunter site kit is 1.6 million.
Two things a civilian in Germany can put in a shop cart: a hobby quad, and a camera drone as the test inbound. The net interceptors sell to police, armies, airports.
Active catch (net, ram, jam) against someone else's aircraft sits with the state: LuftVG, LuftSiG. Detection, a photo, a call to the police: that is the civilian layer. Kinetic interceptors are war weapons. A Nazgul on your own ground is still just a quad.
